Q:When do you deliver my order?

When we have received your order with payment we deliver your order. Depending on if an item is on stock the delivery time in the Netherlands is 3-5 workdays. 

Q:What are the shipping costs in the Netherlands?

We send your order by post. The regular shipping is € 4,95, when your order costs over € 40 we do not charge shipping. Do you have any questions about the shipping of one of our products, please contact us at snellencrafts@outlook.com

Q:What are the shipping costs abroad?

We send your order by post. The regular shipping in Europe is € 9,95, when your order costs over € 40 we charge € 2,95 shipping. When you have any questions about the shipping outside Europe, please contact us: snellencrafts@outlook.com

Yes of course, Snellen Crafts is registered at the Chamber of Commerce under the number: 3101487.

Q:At which ways can I pay?

At our webshop you can pay safe at different ways: like Internet banking, iDeal or Paypal. You pay in an very safe environment at our webshop. We think that you are very important as customer. Therefore we ensure you that your personal data will be treated confidentially.

Q:Are all products in stock?

Most of our products are in stock. But when not, it has to be ordered. The delivery takes longer then (1 or 2 weeks). When a product is not in stock you will be informed first by e-mail. When you have ordered more products at once the products in stock will be delivered directly. The products which are not in stock will be readjusted, without any extra shipping.

- Select the product you want by clicking it.
- Push the order-button and the product will be placed in your shopping cart.
- You can continue shopping
- We can deliver the products at another adress, when it is a present for example.
- When your finished, check your order at the overview.
- Then choose the way you want to pay at payment methods.
- Now you go to an safe environment to pay and finish your order.
- You will receive an email as confirmation of your order.

Q:How can I exchange or return my order?

Sometimes it happens that your purchase is not what you had expected. You can return it in the original packing. Please contact us before you return the product(s). We can make arrangements for returning the product(s) by e-mail. Please do this in 2 weeks after purchase and don’t forget to mention your personal data and ordernumber.
